Privacy Policy

We process your personal information only to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, support security and fraud prevention, and comply with the law — and only when we have a valid legal basis to do so.

1. What information do we collect?

We collect the personal information you provide to us, which includes your name, phone number, and email address. We may also collect information through customer-support interactions, survey or contest participation, and in the course of delivering our services.

We do not collect sensitive data, biometric information, geolocation data, or commercial information.

2. How do we process your information?

We process your information to provide and improve our services, handle administrative functions, support security and fraud prevention, and comply with legal obligations and lawful requests. We only process your information when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

3. When and with whom do we share your information?

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. Information may be shared in connection with business transfers (such as a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition), and with service providers only pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider.

4. Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?

We may use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to collect and store information. These help us maintain the security of our services, prevent crashes and fix bugs, save your preferences, and support basic site functions. Some cookies support analytics and advertising. Where applicable under US state law, you may opt out of online tracking technologies used for targeted advertising, data sales, or profiling.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax, accounting, or legal requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate business need, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate the information from further processing.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We use appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information-storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Know whether your personal data is processed, and access it.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Obtain a copy of data previously shared.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of data, or profiling.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

State-specific rights may also apply — for example, residents of California, Minnesota, Delaware, and Oregon may request the categories of data processed and the third parties with whom data is shared; California residents may limit the use of sensitive data; and Florida residents may opt out of certain facial/voice recognition data collection.

9. Do-not-track and US-resident rights

Where required by applicable US state law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals and permit state-level opt-out requests for activities considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

10. Do we make updates to this notice?

We may update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with applicable laws. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by prominent notice or direct notification. We encourage you to review this page frequently.

11. How can you review, update, or delete your data?

You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask about how we process it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or withdraw your consent to processing. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity, and authorized agents may submit requests with written proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing us with a written explanation.

California “Shine the Light” law: California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties and the names and addresses of those third parties.
